Keep Seeing T Nation on Facebook

T Nation has over 1 million fans on Facebook. But Facebook is changing the way it shows users content, and pages are being pushed further down in your timeline. To make sure that you never miss out on any T Nation posts, follow these steps.

1. Make sure you've "liked" T Nation on our official page, which you can find here. If you've already liked the Facebook page, the button will say "liked" along with a blue thumb next to it.
2. Set T Nation to "See First" on our homepage. Hover your mouse over the "Liked" button at the top of the T Nation Facebook page. Under "In Your News Feed," select "See First."




Once you've done this, T Nation posts, memes, videos and other good stuff will continue to show up on your timeline.
