Sled pulling can be performed using either a weighted sled or large tire. Add a chain and some straps and you're ready to go, even in the backyard.
Note the angle this athlete keeps during most of the pull. That's the angle you should try to maintain for best results.
This is great leg training for athletes or just for smoking your hamstrings, quads, calves, and glutes.
