With great traps come great responsibility. Do these drills to keep 'em loose and healthy.
Start with "getting water out of your ears." Don't raise your traps or scrunch. Place one hand on the side of your neck and stretch "over" the hand. Repeat without the hand.
Now imagine there's a table beside of you. Press into the invisible table and lean your head away. From that position, make controlled "yes and no" motions.
I'm thinking about great, big triceps. Triceps so thick that you'd have to rest them on a desk or chair to keep them from tiring your shoulders and elbows. What did these old-school guys do to get them?
